I’ve spent over twenty years clarifying what shamanism is for me personally, and over a decade of that time has seen the creation of Soul Intent Arts as a spiritually supportive and educational force. A natural extension of that effort has been working with a worldwide community of people who, like myself, have had intuitive experiences since childhood but were unsupported (and often demonized) in their path to manifest their gifts. Cultures of indigenous shamanism by and large know what to expect of themselves. Within specific cultures are initiations, insightful mentors, supportive community. Neoshamanism has no such overarching knowledge of itself. Only in the last thirty years has there been an awakening shamanic presence in the west. My path of shamanism is original and claims no culture other than the one of my creation. I do not seek to teach a branded path of shamanism, but to present the map for you to create your own. I’m here to create a new tribe of support for children and adults whose lives are blessed with an uncontainable inner knowing. This is the Tribe of the Modern Mystic.
In an effort to meet the needs of clients who wish to study shamanism but cannot do so in-person, I have developed the Tribe of the Modern Mystic Distance Mystery School. This home study curriculum combined with mentorship allows you to determine the role of your gifts in your life, how to manifest them, and how to move forward as a community leader and responsible caretaker of the Multiverse. Mystery isn’t just about not knowing; it’s about not having to know. It’s about grasping enough of a truth to know there’s more that will come to expand your awareness.
